About ten years ago, a photographer I was following on social media remarked on one of my images: '“you have a photographer’s eye, you just don’t have a camera”.

The art, and the practice, had always appealed to me. I had tentatively submitted phone camera images, often taken from the bike saddle, to magazines, in the hope that others would see the things I saw. Once I was successful, and more than once I had images appropriated by other social media feeds!

I’m finally able to do what I intended. I’m happy to claim a tiny piece of turf on the vast playing field of photography. I hope you like it here.
